Here below, please find the simple rules that keep Camp Easy easy:

General Camp Rules:
- Be mindful of lighting at night. Our rewired vintage lanterns light the grounds every evening, so please keep your own lights considerate:
- No porch or exterior lights left on all night.
- No running lights.
- No accent or undercarriage lighting.
- Be aware of where your headlights are shining when you arrive and depart.
- Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
- No subletting!
- All overnight guests must register with Camp Easy.
- Camp Easy is not responsible for loss, damage or injury due to fire, accident, theft, weather, public maleficence, or catastrophic events.
- Management reserves the right to refuse services, ask visitors to vacate, or deny access to anyone under any circumstances it deems necessary. There will be no refunds if asked to leave.
- Premises must always be kept clean and neat! Household trash MUST be thrown away in the trash bins provided.
- No job site dumping, no furniture, appliances, or anything other than household trash will be allowed.
- Do not leave trash outside your unit overnight!
- Please leave the community kitchen, activity room, sauna, showers and toilet buildings as clean as you found them.
- Empty units and sites are subject to rental.
- No parking in vacant sites at any time.
- Do not allow awnings or any possessions to spill into empty sites.
- Vehicle repair and maintenance is not allowed at the units or parking areas.
- NO ground fires, NO fireworks, and NO illegal firearms are allowed on the property.
- The discharge of any firearm is grounds for immediate eviction.
- Fires are allowed only in fire pits approved by management.
- Any fire must be extinguished when finished or left unattended.
- Illegal drugs, as identified by state law, are prohibited on the property.
- Public intoxication, vandalism, theft, domestic violence, and/or disorderly conduct will NOT be tolerated.
- Management reserves the right to refuse any guest the public consumption of alcohol in any of the common areas.
- Camp Easy has a zero-tolerance policy for ANY drug use or activity. No warnings will be given to guests if drug use or other activities are observed. We will contact the authorities if such activity is suspected on the grounds.
- Parents are responsible for the conduct, safety, and wellbeing of their children.
- Parents are financially responsible for any damages caused by their children.
- Children under the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult in common areas, including the sauna and activity room.
- Please supervise children around the fountains, the sauna and the animals.
Reservations
- All reservations must be paid for in advance and via this website.
- All Pay on Arrival reservations must be paid in full on arrival.
- Refund policy:
- For holiday and event weekend reservations, guests must cancel 30 days prior to check-in in order to get a full refund minus the credit card processing fees. Cancelling within 15 days results in a full forfeit of the reservation cost.
- For other reservations, cancellations within 7 days may be eligible for a partial refund minus the credit card processing fees or credit on a case-by-case basis.

Bringing Your Own RV
- All RVs and motorhomes must be road ready, licensed and have current insurance and registration.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service to any RV based upon its appearance or condition.
- RV owners are responsible for any and all damages caused by themselves or their guest(s).
- All sewer hoses MUST be up on a support. Camp Easy is NOT responsible for unsupported hoses or damage done during maintenance.
- Appliances will NOT be allowed outside your RV.
- A sewer hose seal (threaded connector/rubber donut) is mandatory.
- ALL water hoses and connections should be leak-free.

Pets
Camp Easy is home to cats, goats, donkeys and chickens, so visiting pets need to be good neighbors.
- Aggressive dogs of any breed are not permitted.
- If your dog displays protective or unfriendly behavior towards strangers or other animals, we kindly request that you do not bring them. If such behavior is observed, we may (at our sole discretion) ask the owner and the dog to leave.
- Dogs must never chase or harass our resident animals.
- Registered service dogs are welcome and are subject to the same rules and restrictions listed here.
- All dogs must have documentation of current vaccinations.
- We may ask you to provide copies of vaccination records before you check in.
- All dogs must be under their owners’ control and visual supervision at all times. Please do not leave dogs unattended or tied up outside.
- Owners of loud, aggressive, or excessively barking dogs will be asked to leave.
- All dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet anytime they are outside.
- Non-service dogs are not allowed in common-area buildings, including the community kitchen, activity room, sauna, showers and toilet buildings.
- Registered service dogs must be wearing visible tags to enter these areas.
- Disruptive, excessive, or uncontrolled barking is not allowed. If barking persists and becomes a nuisance to fellow guests, we may (at our sole discretion) ask the owner and the dog to leave.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and properly disposing of pet waste.
- Pet owners are responsible for any injuries, damage, or disturbances caused by their pets to other guests, staff, visitors, or our resident animals.
- Camp Easy is not responsible for the safety of your dog(s), or for any loss, damage, or injury caused to or by our four-legged guests.
